R-62 With regard to your request for a clarification of whether there are any Nuclear Regulatory Commission record retention requirements for the Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VIP) Argonaut Reactor Facility whose license (License No. R-62) was terminated on August 11, 1988, please be advised that VPI, as an ex-licensee, is not required to retain any records under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
