Report In 1988, there was one actuation of the pressurizer Power Operated Relief Valve (PORV) PCV 455A on June 30, 1988, as described in Licensee Event l'
Report (LER)88-020, " Overpressure Mitigation System Actuated Following Inadvertent Letdown Isolation", dated July 28, 1988.
There were no other challenges to pressurizer safety valves or the other pressurizer PORV.
