Dear Mr. Perkins:
On April 4, 1989,'The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Generic Letter 89-05 (Pilot Testing of the Fundamentals Examination). Toledo Edison has reviewed the Generic Letter and requests examination for the following sixteen (16) Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license candidates on the Pressurized Vater Reactor (PVR) exam:
