Dear Sir or Madame:
An amendment is hereby requested for Technical Specification 6.1.1 and the cssociated Organizational Chart for the Penn State Breazeale Reactor license referenced above.
The reason for the requested amendment is a change of title for the University official responsible for the Level 1 administration of licensed activities; no change in personnel is involved. We request that the title "Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School" be replaced by " Senior Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School" in four (4) places.
Attached are modified pages of the current Technical Specifications with left-margin sidelines indicated the requested revisions. The pages are marked
" Amendment Request Dated April 11, 1989" which upon issuance should be modified to read " Amendment No. ". Please refer any questions to the PSBR Director, Dr. Marcus H. Voth, Breazeale Nuclear Reactor, University Park, PA 16803 or call him at (814) 865-6351.
An exemption of fees for this licensing action is requested under the provision of 10 CFR Part 170.11(a)(4).
