SUBJECT:
CLOSE-00T OF MPA B-98, " STEAM BINDING 0F AUXILIARY FEEDWATER PUMPS" Most of you have completed the licensing action for HPA B-98.
You have also correctly entered the date of your letter to the licensee in the column headed "Lic Act Comp Date" on your Project Manager's Report (PMR).
If you have not already done so, you should now make an entry in the column headed " Licensee Implement'Date."
The date in the " Licensee Implement Date" column should be_the date that the licensee put the required procedures in place. However, in most' cases the licensees did not provide that specific date.
In these instances, you may use the date of the licensee's letter in the " Licensee Implement Date" column.
We have decided that verification by the region is not necessary and we are making the appropriate entry in SIMS.
