Page 2 of 2 As stated above, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsections B.2 - Contract Ceiling and B.3 - Obligation Amount are revised to read as follows:
"B.2 - The ceiling amount of this contract is $7,929,583.00."
"B.3 - The amount presently obligated with respect to this is $7,379,583.00."

Under subsection F.1 - Duration of Contract Period, paragraph F.1.1 is revised to read as follows:
"The period of performance of this contract shall commence on December 20, 1985 and end on May 31, 1989. No new task orders shall be issued af ter December 19, 1988."
