Dear Mr. Fisher:
This is in reply to your letter dated December 28. 1988.
Which was received in our office on 3/27/89.
Numerous inspections have been conducted since the recall notice on 3M Nuclear Static E11minators.
Despite t.hese efforts. Imprimis Technology, Oklahoma City Operations has not. been able to locate the following devices:
Model # 902F Serial # F32871 Model # 902F Serial # F33336 Model # 902F Serial # F33794 Imprimis, Oklahoma City Operations has used NRD Nuclear Static Eliminators since the 3M recall in 1988.
We are presently establishing a system where records of the following Will be maintained in the Safety Office:
1.
Model number.
2.
Serial number.
3.
Total number of units.
4.
Assigned to/ location (bu11 ding and department).
5.
Date element is replaced.
Thls system should be in place Within 30-45 days.
