20555 PLANT HATCH - UNITS 1, 2 NRC DOCKETS 50-321, 50-366 OPERATING LICENSES DPR-57, NPF-5 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION Gentlemen:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Georgia Power Company (GPC) hereby submits a report of changes made to the Physical Security Plan (PSP) for Plant Hatch Units 1 and 2.
This revision of the PSP ir.volves changes in the areas of:
- 1) position titles to reflect organizational
- changes, 2) search equipment surveillance requirements and acceptance criteria, 3) description of protected ared extensions, 4) personnel screening requirements,
- 5) provisions for Security personnel during a radiological emergency, 6) corrections to owner controlled area and protected area drawings, and 7) editorial corrections.
GPC has determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the PSP.
The changes are presented as an enclosure to this letter as is a justification for the determination of no decrease in safeguards effectiveness.
The information contained in the enclosures is SAFEGUARDS information and, in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 should not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
