FINAL PROPERTY INSURANCE RULE l
We have reviewed the revised property insurance rule package and have noted several minor changes which we believe are needed for clarity. Linda Gilbert has discussed them with Ira Dinitz and Darrell Nash, who found them acceptable. -
On page 39 of the Faderal Register notice , last line , " implement" should be changed to " offer insurance implementing".
On page 3 of the Regulatory Analysis (Enclosure 2), second paragraph, the word " marginal" is confusing and should be deleted.
On page of Enclosure 6, in Item 1 under " Cons" for Alternative 3. A, second line , " implement" should be changed to " offer insurance implementing changes to the".
Susject to these changes, we concur in the package.
