License Change Application 177 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Chango Application (LCA) 177 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This LCA changes the orifjce size of the steam line safety valves shown in Trojan Technical Specification (TTS) Table 4.7-1,
" Steam Line Safety Valves per Loop".
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 177 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
