CONGRESSIONAL CORRESPONDENCE RELATED TO SEAbROOK The enclosed letter from Congressman Smith of New Hampshire expresses the concerns of a group of his constituents regarding emergency' planning for the Seabrook nuclear generating station. An advance copy of this letter was for-warded to your staff on August 4,1986.
The NRC has prepared responses to issues I and 2.
Since issue 3 pertains to offsite matters, we are requesting that FEMA respond directly to Congressman Smith on these concerns. A copy of the NRC response to Congressman Smith is also enclosed.
Please provide us a copy of your response for our files when issued.
