Gentlemen:
Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) hereby reports in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(w)(2)that it has in effect $1,060,000,000 of property damage insurance.
This includes $500,000,000 of primary property damage insurance plus $120,000,000 of excess property damage insurance issued jointly by the American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) and the Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (MAELU) and
$440,000,000 decontamination liability and excess property damage insurance issued by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.
