moves that it be permitted to file a r.eply brief of.seven pages (exclusive of attachments),. in the form attached hereto, in regard 1

In support of this motion, SAPL states that, given the scope and breadth of the issues on this appeal, a very short reply brief, in the form attached hereto, should-be permitted in order to further refine and focus the major issue before this Board.
