This letter is to certify that our NRC Licensed Operator Initial and Requalification Training Programs are INPO-accredited and based upon a systems approach to training.
As permitted by Reference (a), we have opted to substitute our performance based initial and requalificttion accredited training
' programs for the previously NRC-approved training programs.
