Dear Ms. Sines:

This letter addresses the inspection of your facility at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, conducted by Mr. K. R. Naidu and Mr. H. M. Wescott, of this office on March 27-29, 1989, and the discussions of their findings with you'and othei members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

The purpose of the inspection was to review the implementation of_ your quality assurance program in selected areas, even though you manufacture and supply molded case circuit breakers as commercial grade items to your plant located in

Areas examined during the NRC inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. This inspection. consisted;of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
