Your memo of June 1,1984 on the subject "ansmitted 10. transcripts which you reconsnended for open Board Notification. We performed a cursory review of some of the transcripts and noted that one of them contains a request for confidentiality (Mokes, April 3,1984, pages 23 through 25). Accordingly, we will not issue the open Board Notification at this time as you recomended. We request that your office thoroughly review all ten transcripts to detemine if I
there are any additional requests for confidentiality or any other reason why the transcripts should not be released. You should advise us promptly of the results of your review.
We also request that you prepare a list, in consultation with the Region V

Office of all interviews or meetings you have had with any alleger prior to April 3,1984 and after May 3,1984. The list should indicate the date, name of alleger (anonymous where appropriate), and if a transcript was taken.
