Gentlemen:
The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company hereby withdraws, in part, the license amendment request discussed below from further consideration as they pertain to Operating License Nos. DPR-53 and DPR-69 for Calvert Cliffs Units I and 2, respectively.
Reference (a), Change No. 5, as supplemented by Reference (b), proposed a change to the Surveillance Requirements for the 125-volt DC Station Batteries. We wish to withdraw the proposed amendments with the exception of the proposal to delete the battery dummy load profile. We still desire to delete the dummy load profile from the Technical Specifications.
