TERMINATION OF QA PROGRAM APPROVAL FOR RADI0 ACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES DOCKET NO. 71-0515, APPLICABLE TO TRANSWORLD TESTING COMPANY Notification by letter was made to Transworld Testing Company, Oakland, CA on April 4, 1989, that their QA Program Approval was to expire on April 30, 1989.
No response to our. notification was received as of May 31, 1989.
Search of the byproduct material license files revealed that Transworld Testing Company material license has expired and had been terminated, thereby rendering their QA Approval invalid.
