. Response to Notification of the NRC of Employees' Potential Safety Issues By letter of April 27, 1989, the NRC requested Alabama Power Company to review current and previous agreements to assure that restrictive clauses regarding NRC notification by utility employees of potential safety issue concerns are not l
present. The letter further requests the NRC be notified no later than July 31, 1989 if such restrictive clauses have been identified.
Alabama Power Company has conducted the requested review and it has been concluded there are no restrictive clauses that would prohibit or in any way limit an employee, or an attorney for such employee, from coming to and providing safety information to an NRC staff mencer.
