COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (CPSES)

DOCKET NOS 50-445 AND 50-446 WEATHER PROTECTION FOR CLASS 1E COMPONENTS SDAR: CP-86-68 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)

Gentlemen:

On August 11,1988, in TXX-88607, TU Electric submitted a schedule for the completion of corrective action for a reportable deficiency involving weather protection of Class 1E components used in outdoor installations. The latest report on this issue, logged TXX-89174, was submitted March 30, 1989. This supplemental report is submitted to update the corrective action schedule.

TXX-89174 indicated activities were scheduled to be complete by June 9, 1989 for Unit 1 and by fuel load for Unit 2.

Unit 3 activities have been

rescheduled for completion by Unit 1 fuel load. The schedule for Unit 2 remains unchanged.
