Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Final Response to NRC Bulletin 88-10:
Nonconforming Molded-Case Circuit Breakers On May 8, 1989, we provided an interim response to NRC Bulletin 88-10
" Nonconforming Molded-Case Circuit Breakers." We stated that we had identified 8 of 156 molded-case circuit breakers for which adequate traceability had not been verified. This letter dispositions the eight circuit breakers.
We have determined that six of the circuit breakers were not procured or stored for safety-related applications.
For the two remaining breakers, we have received information from the vendor which identifies the breaFer manufacturer.
This assurance, along with the documentation we have, provides us with adequate traceability for these breakers.
This completes our response the NRC Bulletin 88-10. We have concluded that, all

applications are traceable to the manufacturer.
