Management Meeting to discuss backlog of past due licensee
event reports (NRC Inspection Report 50-313/89-22;
50-368/89-22).
Immediately following the Management
Meeting there will be an Enforcement Conference to discuss
an apparent violation of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B,
Criterion III, in that the design analysis with respect to
temperature for the Unit 1 HPI system did not address all
possible operating modes (i.e., the LPI/HPI piggyback
mode)(NRCInspectionReport 50-313/89-04; 50-368/89-04).
