associated with the environmental qualification of
submerged splices (NRC Inspection Report 50-382/89-05),
environmental qualification of submerged cables
(identified during a followup conference call between NRC
Region IV and LP&L), and testing and repair of the "B"

l
high pressure safety injection pump (NRC Inspection
Report 50-382/89-09).
Immediately following the
Enforcement Conference there will be a management meeting
to discuss interpretations of Technical Specification
surveillance requirements for safety-related equipment /
systems when support systems are taken out of service, and
to discuss other items of interest.
