Building AP6C 1 Abbott Park Road Abbott Park, Illinois 60064 Dear Ms. Marks As discussed in a telephone conversation on May 10, 1989, between you and Steve Courtemanche of this office, we request that you provide the following information relative to any radioactive materials, including radioimmunoassays (RIA) kits, delivered or shipped to Princeton Biomedical Laboratories, Levittown, Pennsylvania since January 1988:
1.
The shipping dates when RIA kits or other radioactive raterials were distributed to Princeton Biomedical Laboratories; 2.
The amount of radioactive material contained in each shipment.
We are requesting this information to verify the maximum amount of radioactive materials possessed by Princeton Biomedical Laboratories, Levittown, Pennsylvania.
As discussed, we understand that you will fax this material to our office by May 15, 1989. The NRC Region I telefax number is 215-337-5269.
