Thank you for your letter of February 28, 1989, in response to our letter dated January 24, 1989. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation /Nonconformance. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.

Additionally, I request that you provide to us a copy of each of your customer notification letters for subsequent NRC follow-up.

We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action and preventive measures during a future inspection.
