- iral Zech: Re: Seabrook low Powr License We understand that by Order CLI 88-10 the Public Service Cocoany of New Hacpshire was required to establish a separate bank account or to post a surety bond before a low pomr license could be issued by the Cocmission. We understand also that the latter option was elected and that the bond was supplied.
We have recently been advised that the Cocmission may be considering nodifying its earlier order to make additional requirements.
This letter is written to urge you to stand behind the original Order and issue the low pomr license. We know that there are people who do not wish the plant to operate, and would like to take over the responsibilities which the Congress has delegated to the NRC, We stand behind you and urge you to exercise the authority that has been given to you.
