In the reference letter, PSC notified the NRC per 10CFR50.74 that l
Mr. Lane Hackett, License No. S0P-4586-2, Docket No.
55-7976, had l
been temporarily removed from senior licensed operator duties effective February 26, 1989 for medical reasons.
The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC that Mr. Hackett has resumed his senior licensed operator
- duties, effective I-March 27, 1989.
The Company doctors and Nuclear Operations management approved his return to licensed operator duties.
