CONFIRMATION OF ACTION l
This refers to the telephone conversations between Mr. M. Elliott of this office and Mr. W. Allmon and Mr. W. Hutcheson of your staff on March 20, 1989, concerning the actions you will take concerning the tritium-illuminated shotgun sights received from Sage International, Limited.
With regard to the matters discussed, it is our understanding that you will keep the tritium-illuminated gun sight assemblies received on January 5,1989, from Sage International, Limited, in storage at your facility, and you will not distribute or otherwise use the gun sight assemblies until authorized to do so by the NRC.
Please inform this office immediately if your understanding of this matter is different from that stated above, Sincerely,
