"ASME Code Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program and Information Required for NRC Review of Requests for Relief from ASME Code Section XI Requirements." This is a revision of our inservice inspection and testing program description and requests for relief submitted to the Commission on February 1,19 78.

The purpose of this revision is to:

a. Update the Unit No.1 pump and valve inspection program for the 20-month period beginning December 16, 1978.

b. Revise the program to reflect NRC Staff comments.

c. Correct errors in the February 1,1978 report.

d. Submit eight additional requests for relief for NRC Staf f consideration and retract three requests submitted earlier.

Instructions are provided for entering Revision Number 1 in the original February 1,1978 report. Please contact us if you have any questions related to this revision.
