The purpose of this modification is to extend the contract delivery date with consideration to the Government. The following change is applicable: I I
A. Paragraph F.2, Duratign_gf_Cgnttact_ Peti gd - the first sentence is revised to delete the words "45 days", and to ,
substitute the words "49 days" in lieu thereof.
B. In consideration to the Government for authorizing the change in the contract delivery date from August 9, 1987 to August 13, i 1987, the NRC hereby accepts the contractor's offer to provide the following items at no additional cost, in accordance with the contractor's letter dated September 1, 1987, incorporated herein ;
by reference:
Mounting Brackets, Part itCAB BRK, 6339087 - 90 G $7.50 each, for the total consideration valued at $675.00.
C. This action has no impact on the fixed price of the contract, l which remains at $49,644.00.
