This license is renewed for a 5-year term, expiring September 30, 1992. This renewal is issued following preparation of an Environmental Assessment related to the continued operation of your plant. A Finding of No Significant Impact has been prepared, approved pursuant to 10 CFR Part 51, and will be published in the Federal Register. Copies of the Finding and the supporting Environmental Assessment are enclosed.
You are hereby advised that any requests for amendment to this license should be submitted in the form of replacement pages to the Conditions Sections and, if necessary, to the Safety Demonstrations Section with the changes or new items clearly identified.
The Materials and Plant Protection Amendment issued pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 70 and 73 and the Certificates of Compliance issued pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71 are not affected by this licensing action and remain in effect.
This licensing action does not affect the Order Modifying License, effective immediately, dated August 19, 1987.
