. Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 G.2 Overhead / General and Administrative Rates A. Pending the establishment of final overhead rates which shall be negoti-ated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate ofspaugh percent of direct labor.
B. Pending the establishment of final fringe benefit rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of Wpercent of direct labor.
C. Pending the establishment of final general administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of M percent of total direct costs.
D. Pending the establishment of final material and subcontract overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed at the provisional rate of1Ellbercent of materials and subcontract costs.
E. Notwithstanding A, B, C, and D of this Section, said provisional rates may be adjusted as appropriate during the term of the contract upon the acceptance of such revised rates by the Contracting Officer.
- f. The rates specified in A, B, C, and D above shall apply to all task order issued under this contract. l Contract ceiling and individual task order ceilings remain unchanged. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
