MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 5 ENTITLED " TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE WINDOWS-BASED HUMAN FACTORS INFORMATION SYSTEM (HFIS)" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-97-022
Dear Mr. Nock:
The purpose of this modification is to: (1) increase the level of effort for the scftware engineer by 17 professional hours, (2) revise the objective of the basic task order to ADD " provide additional technical support in the identification any changes in HFIS that might be needed as a result of the implementation of the NT environment at the NRC," (3) revise the section entitled
- Deliverables." to ADD, to the short report already required under the basic task order, the specific problems that need to be resolved for successful operation under the NT environment and propose changes to resolve the identified problems, (4) extend the expiration date of the task order from " September 1,1998" to " September 30,1998", and (5) increase the ceiling and obligated amounts by $1,275.35 from $4.998.56 to $6,273.91.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Award," this letter definitizes Modification No.1 to the subject task order.
The second paragraph of the definitization letter of the basic task order is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from September 1,1998 through September 30, 1998 with a total cost ceiling of $6,273.91, of which the sum of $5,863.47 represents reimbursable cost, and the sum of $410.44 represents fixed fee."
