Implementing Procedure. This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix j
E of 10CFR50 and 10CFR50.4(b)(5). This revision was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) requirements and was determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
included in this submittal is the following procedure:
1.
EP-002-100 (Revision 27), Technical Support Center (TSC) Activation, Operation and Deactivation. This revision corrected a typographical error on.11, clarified instructions on setting up the frisking station, added location of volume control for plant page, added an attachment regarding guidance for measurement of spent fuel pool rack gap measurement following OBE exceedance event, and incorporated previous changes.
