Carnegie Mellon University wants to amend its< licenses to change the Radiation Safety Committee Chair (RSC) from Dr. James F. Williams to Mr. Jason Wolf. Dr. Williams has stepped down as RSC Chair and Mr. Wolf has been appointed as the new Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Wolf's radiological protection training and related technical experience is attached to this amendment request.

Responsibilities include:
- maintaining a variety of x-ray diffraction equipment
- performing technical and safety modiGcations on x-ray equipment
- conducting x-my diffraction experiments
- training users
- cooperating with the radiation safety office to insure safe use of x-ray generators
- aiding the radiation safety office in developing training materials
- serving as the MSE representative on CMU's radiation safety committee Spring,1988 Gmduate Student Physics Department University of New Hampshire Handled the following radioactive sealed sources while taking a course in experimental nuclear physics:
22Na,60Co,90Sr,113Sn,137Cs,207Bi,228Th,241Am Experiments involved the spectroscopy, absorption, and scattering phenomena related to alpha, beta, and gamma emmitters. Study also focused on the characteristics of proportional counters, scintillation counters, and solid state detectors.
