L DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 ll CALLAWAY PLANT REVISION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION TABLE 3.6-1 Union Electric Company herewith transmits one original and one conformed copy of an application for amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-30 for Callaway Plant.

This amendment application requests that the maximum isolation' time for the containment mini-purge isolation valves, GT-HZ-04, 05, 11, and -12, given in Technical Specification Table 3.6-1 be increased from 3 seconds to 5 seconds.

As discussed in the attachments, Union Electric ~ considers this change to be' acceptable from both a system operability as well as a licensing basis.

The~ proposed change would become effective for Union-Electric implementation upon NRC approval.

Enclosed is~a check for the $150.00 application fee as required by 10CFR170.21.
