MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 32 UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
Reference is made to NRC's June 17,1998 letter, regarding termination of the subject task order. Based on information provided by SAIC on August 9,1998 and our telephone discussions on today, final costs have already been billed under this task order. The final audited indirect rates have not been determined.
According to our records $38,407.00 has been obligated for performance of this task order.
Total costs in the amount of $12,733.00 have been billed / paid and unexpended funds in the amount of $25,674.00 remain. Pending the expiration of all active task orders and completion of all closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate the excess funds for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, we are retaining a balance of $2,426.75 for any withheld fee and potential indirect cost rate adjustments, and deobligating excess funds in the amount of
$23,247.25.
Three presigned copies of this modification is being provided for your review and signature.
You are requested to retum two (2) copies and retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.
A unilateral modification will be issued if a satisfactory response is not received within seven (7) work days of your receipt of this final notice.
