Testimony of Clifford J.
Earl Regarding Contentions NHLP-2, SAPL-8, SAFL-8A, and Town of Hamptcn Revised Contentions IV and VI; Testimony of Judith E. Harkins Regarding Contention NHLP-4; and Testimony of Cynthia Compton Regarding Contention NHLP-4.
