u Contract No. NRC-04-96-037 Modification No.10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to (1) correct the cost and ceiling amounts from Modification No. 9 by increasing the cost amount to $881.204 and the total ceiling amount to $884.556. and (2) incorporate travel costs in the amount of $5.168 as referenced in Dr. Robin McGuire's proposal dated 6/24/98 for a conference in the Washington, DC area to present a paper on October 28, 1998.
A conference registration fee of $75 is also added to the travel costs for Dr. McGuire's attendance at the meeting for a totai of $5.243.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Section B.3. CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUNE 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUNE 1991). paragraph a is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
The total estimated cost to the Government is increased by $22.443 from $858.761 to $881.204. The fixed fee remains at $3.213 plus
$139 for-the additional within-scope work for a total fixed fee of
$3.352.
The total estimated cost plus fixed fee for fuli performance of this contract is $884.556, of which the sum of
$881.204 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $3.352 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
A summary of oblig'ations for this contract. from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
