Semiannual Fitness-For-Duty Report, January - June,1998 Ladies and Gentlemen:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71(d),"Recordkeeping Requirements," Toledo Edison submits its semiannual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) report for the period of January through June 1998 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1. provides Toledo Edison's FFD Program Perfonnance Data. Attachment 2 provides a summary of management actions taken by Toledo Edison based on positive FFD testing results, presumptive positives, and a list of FFD event reports submitted by Toledo Edison. The licensee employee who tested positive was a fossil plant worker not normally assigned to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station.
