.the interim vote of the City of Manchester to reject a
. recommendation that it participate in the New Hampshire l

1987 the Manchester Board of Mayor and Alderman unanimously approved a motien providing that the City'of Manchester will participate as a host community. See Attachment A.2 Therefore, the Joint Motion should be denied 1
as the' matter of whether Manchester will be a host community is now moot.
In the alternative, the Applicants request that-Summary Disposition of this matter be granted in their favor.
