Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of the Fourth Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's February 11, 1982 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Amendment revises the earlier Application to clarify the proposed changes to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications relating to reductions in the use of overtime.
