.c Although within the scope of this inspection we found no instance where you failed to meet NRC requirements, several of'the issues which we reviewed
- such as the une of incorrect springs packs ant xt.rped limit switch rotors, appe.ar to have resulted from deficiencies in your manufacturing or inspection actJvities Others, including cracked or improperly installed grease seals in Reliance motors and the spring pack hydraulic lock problem are still being evaluated. We will examine the results of your evaluations and your corrective actions during a future inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
