Reracking will allow for safe, cost effective on-site storage of spent fuel.

The proposed reracking_ is routine and consistent with I

similar activities by numerous other utilities.

Diablo Canyon is an outstanding value to-PGandE. customers, and has an exceptional safety and performance record.

i The additional fuel storage will allow PGandE to continue operation of this much needed and very reliable plant.
