Dear Members:
This letter concerns Docket Numbers 50-2f5-OLA and 50-323-OLA.
We are strongly opposed to any spent fuel being stored at the _
Diablo Canyon Nuclear. Power _ Plant and are specifically opposed to the proposed method of storing the spent fuel.
The fuel should be secured in some ~ fashion in order that the racks do not crash into eachother in the event of an earthquake or other accident.' The very cafest method of storage is essential in view of the dangers. involved.
