I am forwarding to you several documents concerning the denial of a Senior Operator I! cense to Mr. Morabito. These documents compose the NRC staff's
" hearing file" as described in proposed rule 10 C.F.R. 9 2.1231. To the best of the Staff's knowledge Mr. Morabito already possesses these documents.
However, if this is not the case, I shall be happy to provide copies of any documents requested by Mr. Morabito.
The following documents are being provided:

NRC Region I letter of license denial dated August 27, 1986 and copies of written examination and answers and simulator examination administered to Mr. Morabito in July 1986.
