MEMORANDUM AND ORDER i
(Extension of Time)
Upon consideration of the filing of the NRC Staff, dated November 6, 1987, I have decided to grant its request for an i
extension of time until December 11, 1987.
Although I would appreciate receiving this filing prior to the deadline suggested by Staff, I do not have the authority to impose sanctions on the Staff and would sot act in this important matter without the information I have asked of them.
Should Mr. Held object to this action, which I have taken before receiving any response from him, I would of course consider his objection as a response and I would act on it promptly, without awaiting a Staff reply.
ORDER Upon consideration of the filings of the parties and the entire record in this matter, it is this 9th day of November 1987 ORDERED The NRC Staff Motion for Extension of Time, filed November 6,
1987, is granted.
Staff may respond to my order of November 4 by December 11, 1987.
