I run wri ting to express my strong obdection to Pacific Gas ant' Electric's plan to store all wastes produced at the Diablo plant at the ' si te'.

My reasons:

situation of the plant near an earthquake faults high risk of accident due to ansafe storage of radioactive wastes in racks:

avoidance of federal government's responsibility to establish a permanent facility for nuclear waste storage.

I live seven miles southeast of the Diablo plant, in San Luis Obispo County.
