Office of~the Secretary D. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission i
i Docketing and Service Division Washington, D. C. 20555 Docket Nos. 50-275-OLA 50-323-OLA To Whom it may concern:
The NRC is required by law to conform ter local public oppinion.
May I express my views about radioactive waste storage at Diablo Canyon.
I am apposed to the following:
- 1. PG&E's plan to store five times as much radioactive waste as the spent fuel pools were designed to hold.
- 2. Storage of nuclear wastes next to an active earth-quake fault.
- 3. Waste that will be stored in racks that can crash into each other, triggering a nuclear accident.
PGE acknowledges this risk.
- 4. The NRC routinely permitting storage of waste at plant sites.
