1. We won't accept PG&E's plan to store five times as much radioactive waste I

as the spent fuel pools were designed to hold!

2. Storage of nuclear wastes next to an active earthquake fault is insane!

3. We're appalled that waste will be stored in racks that can crash into each -

other, triggering a serious nuclear accident!. PG&E acknowledges this risk.

i They are willing to accept it. We are not.

4. It is becoming clear that the federal government will never establish a permanent storage facility for these wastes as long as the NRC routinely permits them to be stored at plant sites!
